Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision (the price is 2€)

I bought a Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision (the price is 2€) today for the Battlefield 1 game.

Here is the official (in-game) description:
A Standard Battlepack contains one skin of Special, Distinguished or Legendary rarity. Some packs may also include an additional Legendary bonus item. The specific contents of this pack may vary. See all potential skins in inventory.
Potential (1 item) from 15 skins + 750 other possible skins = 765 skins are available from Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision (the price is 2€)

The inventory screen is directly or accidentally buggy.
According to the inventory screen of new player (rank 0) there are 805 skins in BF1 game:
self-loading rifle: 129 skins
smg: 87 skins
lmg: 129 skins
rifle: 143 skins
shotgun: 59 skins
sidearm: 175 skins
vehicle: 83 skin
129 + 87 + 129 + 143 + 59 + 175 + 83 = 805 skins (slot) visible on inventory screen of new player (rank 0)

According to my inventory screen (rank 150) there are 846 skins in BF1 game:
self-loading rifle: 137 skins
smg: 92 skins
lmg: 137 skins
rifle: 151 skins
shotgun: 62 skins
sidearm: 178 skins
vehicle: 89 skin
137 + 92 + 137 + 151 + 62 + 178 + 89 = 846 skins visible on my inventory screen

I think the Battlefield 1 community would like to know exactly what skins are in this Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision (the price is 2€).

I wouldn't have a problem with it, but EA still sells these Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision battlepacks for real money.

All of those game's microtransactions, except for Star Wars Battlefront II which removed their gameplay-altering microtransactions in March 2018 (but kept cosmetic microtransactions) due to players calculating that it would take over 48 hours of playing to obtain Luke Skywalker and then complaining about this extreme threshold to unlock popular characters to EA, have been determined to be "games of chance" by the Belgian government. As such, they are highly regulated by the Belgian government under their gambling laws.

Is the EA's official response in this case that there is no response?
My problem is the unfair microtransaction for rare legendary skins with real money, which deceives the BF1 player community.
The BF1 player buys the Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision for two euros, but EA does not specifically draw attention to the fact that a third of the legendary skins cannot be obtained in such a paid way.

The fair procedure by EA would be if the entire contents of Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision (the price is 2€) were made public.
