BF4 Server Connection Issues

Question

For weeks now players on PC Servers of Battlefield 4 have been facing connection issues between 9AM and 4PM CEST.
There is an exploit that will result in all players being kicked from a Server. This has been going on for weeks.
10 player servers are not affected by this.
