Stat transfer from Xbox 360 to Xbox one

I have the same problem however i called and they told me it was a bug and i will get prompts within next few days. Nothing yet 

I'm also having this problem since 3 days ago when I got battlefield on Xbox one was lvl 47 on Xbox 360

Unfortunately there's been no update on when or even if a fix is incoming.

This has been going on since the beginning of the year, its truly sad to see the poor customer support and to see such a low standard set by EA and Dice.

having same problem it sux really they should of sorted this out before xbox one was released now for a great game the company lets it down pull your head in guys people still want to play the game
