Stationary Vehicle Bullet Trails Detatched From Weapons Followed By CTD - Screwing My "Quits" Stats

Not happy with this one at all. On some servers I suddenly see bullet trails left behind from vehicles completely stationary, vehicles have been gone for minutes and soon after I get a crash to desk...

Still no reply.

It still does it with the latest patch except now it happens with normal guns too!
