I buy game from Steam but ı don't have serial key. so ı can't play multiplayer. please help to me quicly.

You have to contact EA support and show them proof of purchase and i'm sure they'll automatically add BFBC2 to your origin/ea app library.

I purchased BF4 through walmart and the factory sealed game did not come with a product code.
Contacted EA help provided proof and they said sorry about your luck but wanted me to purchaase a sub on game pass

After logging into the correct EA account it should not ask for serial key.
