@EA_Atic I have the same problem as OP but your solution does not work. I tried several previous solutions from much older threads such as editing the registry or use an alternate punkbuster installer, but nothing works either. 32bit works well but 64bit will crash almost immediately.
I am using R9 380 as GPU and Ryzen 1600 as CPU.

Makes sure Steam is linked to the Origin account and try to run the game via Origin then, if a steam version.
Maybe also try to run the game and Origin as Administrator.

I also heard that reinstalling Origin client may fix the issue.
