my BF4 is affected by strange lags since fresh install of Win 8.1. See short gameplay https://youtu.be/jkO9sY3512I
On Win 7 everything was OK. There's no problem with Titanfall. No matter of driver version, bf4 config. OS installed on SSD, other SSD for BF4, durng game disks usage is very low, cpu about 50%. Hardware: 12 GB RAM, GTX 660, Core i7 920, driver 355.60. The same lag on different networks, no matter of which server.
Any idea ?
That is somewhat due to package loss. I saw that there was package loss happening. Also, the missing sounds are the same thing. I have this issue on and off with my own system as well. The sound cuts in and out, the same as yours.
I saw a spike or two with your graph, and the package loss icon on the upper right of the screen, right below the killfeed. The sound packet loss does not show up on the graph, however. I get this issue pretty often sometimes, and then other times don't experience it at all. Not much to do unfortunately ☹️ As for the "LatVrtn graph", where do you see this in the game settings?
I can't see any relation between lags and any graph or packet loss icon. Before Win8 i had Win7 and i saw packet loss icon many times, but everything was fine. I cant blame my wifi or isp, i got stable and good connection, no spikes http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4635859248.

Core parking is not a problem too and no matter if graphics settings are optimized by nvidia or low.
Im still having trouble deciding what to do about this. Do me a favor and do this for me:
1. While in-game, open up your Console by pressing the ` key (the one to the left of your 1 key and above your tab key)
2. Input this command: PerfOverlay.DrawGraph 1
3. Press Enter to enable
4. Close the console by pressing the ` key again.
5. Re-film your video and post again so I can see what is going on with this graph as well

Also, just a side note. Even though I love Nvidia, they do not know how to optimize settings. Never use Geforce Experience to optimize your graphics settings. Mine told me that when I had my GTX 760 installed that it could run Battlefield 4 on Ultra..lol
Yes I see that graph, but that is your Network Performance Graph. The one I am asking you to enable displays CPU and GPU information. Please follow my steps and enable that graph, take a video, and re-post so I can continue to try to help with your issue. Thanks!!
