Have you tried ruling out other 3rd party software messing around?
Try doing a clean boot without disabling Punkbuster and report back if the issue is still there:

Also, does it happen if you connect another mouse?
i dont have another mouse so it could be that and alright that sounds like a good idea ill try that and let you know thanks
