Strange PC crash- Have to alt/ctrl/delete

I have been having a weekly crash issue while playing BF4. In my case I am usually between games and all of a sudden I hear a windows chime and my entire PC freezes. Only way out is to alt/ctrl/delete. Then after rebooting windows 8.1 if I try to play a game I get to the game and first 3 secs I'm playing I get the same issue. PC freezes then I have to alt/ctrl/delete again. 

The fix I finally found after this happening was to re-install my latest Geforce drivers then the game would play again normally for a few days until it locked up again. 

Also I been playing in 64bit. Going to try going to playing in 32bit see if it might help.
