Teleportation upon tank blowing up

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug I teleported from the top of the tank to the ground over 15 meters away when the tank blew up.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not totally sure, but the included video shows exactly what happened. This has only ever happened to me once.
What happens when the bug occurs? Teleported after tank dying while repairing. Seemed to teleport back to location where I first jumped on the tank. I was actively holding down the repair button at the time of the tanks demise.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest

    Thanks again, I didn't notice this on your other post.

    I think positioning when someone's on a moving vehicle can be a little tricky, so you see bugs like this, but hopefully such videos/cases help with getting such instances patched out. 

    For now I'd choose to interpret it as getting blown clear of the explosion, movie-style.
