In terms of epicness I don't feel that Bf1 or V came close to either Bf3 or 4. There was just so much going on in those two games. I have never gotten that feeling I got when jumping off the peak in Davamand in either 1 or V. RPGing helis and jets (that rarely happened though) was my favorite thing to do aside from collecting tags. It just felt way more satisfying in 3 and 4 to do so compared to something equivalent in 1 or V.
