The game is not saving the progress of the campaign.

Basically what the title says, the progress saves while the game is open, but once i close it, the next time I open it it it loads the brightness and sound configuration you have to do, and then the ...

@Carbonic jsut thought about something, does having the game from Origin Access have anything to do with the game not saving or not being able to connect to online play either?

Origin Access should not cause the game to not save if it's working like intended.

As you've had the same issue with another game perhaps it's time you scanned your harddrive for errors and thought about doing a fresh install of Windows.

@Carbonic I havent had the same problem in other games, BF4 works just fine, the problem comes when I try to run BF1 FROM the menu of BF1, so the problem is Battlefield 1, also Battlefront online and campaign works perfectly. Its not that.

Hey @pukaszero,

what you can also try is setting up a new Windows User Account, that might be an issue as well - create a new admin account, log in with it to Windows and see if the folder is created. Maybe your user profile is corrupted. Here'a a guide on how to create a new account.
