the game is not on your pc, if it says Download then you have to have it somewhere on any hard drive you've designated as ur games folder first to ever repair it. Once it's on your PC then you have the option to repair. And if it's corrupted, maybe iobit uninstaller (comes in Advanced Systemcare) can help. google it but read when installing to avoid any bloatware plus avoid/delete iobit defrag, cuz it's a resource hog. that's my advice

Are you guys using the release version or the beta version of Origin? If you are running the beta version go back to the release version and see if it's comes back.
