This game is complete cancer. Frames are dropping to a mere 20-30 on Xbox one s

I tried power cycling. resetting. uninstalling and restarting. Freeing the ports. Plugging it in an outlet instead of a strip. I * tried everything and the frames still drop harder than the bombs in Hiroshima. I shouldn't be having these problems. Not to mention the fact that my console is literally * 1 week old. So after 9 * posts i still have yet to get an answer. Is this dices' fault or is it Microsofts console? As the days goes on its slowly killing me and by the end of summer i'll probably be digging my own grave because I payed $380 for a console that cannot maintain a stable 50-60 fps.
