Dear Sir,

I have a problem, it is ping loss. Although I have 50mb fiber internet, server browsers show my ping level as 3 or 4. Despite I have entered the port numbers that you gave, the result is the same each time. When I spoke with my service provider they asks for IP number of any of your playstation- Europe servers.

I would be glad if you could help me.
