From looking at your Battlelog profile it appears that you've transferred your PS3 soldier's stats, unlocks, etc from PS3 to PS4. This will also transfer your Premium from PS3 to PS4, so it's available to you on your PS4.
Two days ago you've received two weapon unlocks from a Battlepack, these unlocks are available to your PS4 soldier as well as your PS3 soldier.
Since you haven't redeemed the Premium code on your PS4, the Premium file is currently missing and it's therefore not recognized by the game itself.
You can download the Premium file from your PSN account's purchase history to your PS4, once the file is present the game should recognize your status correctly.

Thank you for your reply.
I can see the premium membership from my PS4 under Account Info> Services List but do not see any option to download it.

I still have access to the premium items unlocked from my ps3 but do now have access to China Rising.
From the PSN store both Premium Membership and China Rising shows that i have to purchase it at the price box instead of "download"
Please guide me into downloading the Premium for my ps4, thank you

Please try this: Open the settings menu on your PS4, select PSN and then Restore Licenses.
This should re-download and apply your licenses which should hopefully restore Premium on your PS4.

Hi EA Dennis !
I have received the email regarding the voucher code for the Premium upgrade for ps4 players.
Sadly i have just purchased the premium again a few days ago before this announcement. May i get a refund for my 2nd premium purchase?
And can we get the premium items that we have missed during the time when we were waiting for our ps4 premium upgrades?

Just call SONY PSN Asia customer service
And refund back for ps4 premium with Transaction ID and Purchase Date
