Transfering My Game

Hi, where should I go if I'd like to transfer my account to my other account so that I dont have two accounts. I accidentally used my other email instead of my other email when I bought BF1, now I have two accounts -_- The other one has BF4 and Battlefront, and this one Im posting on has BF 1, how can I transfer this account to my other account? Who should I contact? Ive been looking in the internet as well as EA Website to no avail.

Please help..

  • You will need to call an EA Support Representative via phone. You can get the details on how to contact a support representative directly through the Help Desk, here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

I am not sure if this link will work, but this should take you directly to the request of transferring between accounts directly. Just switch to your desired game:

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=battlefield-1&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=transfer-between-accounts

If not, when you reach the page to select your issue type, pick the following:

    1. Product: Your desired game
    2. Platform: PC/Console
    3. Category: Manage my account
    4. Issue: Transfer between accounts

If you are unable to make a phone call, you could pick other options to contact a Game Advisor online, however do note that you will have to prove ownership of both accounts and that Customer Support reserves the rights to decline your request due to security reasons that are involved with such transfers, hence why account issues are handled by phone.

There can be exceptions though under some circumstances, but it never hurts to try to contact an Advisor.

  • Is it possible to call them without further charges? I live in the Philippines

    sorry. : (

  • Hey... @ValkanVariant @Avarik

I'll sadly have to inform you that there's no systems in place to transfer progress between platforms which means you can't transfer away from your PC without having to level a new soldier.

[Am not working for EA, If is answer good pls give me XP or accept as solution.]

    Thanks for using ANSWERS HQ!

  • I saw somewhere that someone was able to successfully transfer though. Idc if my progress resets.. I just want my game transferred to my main account. Cause having two is too much hassle

    @ValkanVariant

As i said, if someone is able to help you with transfering Accounts or Games, then probably the Support.

But what we know so far, it's not possible for a player himself to do stuff like that.

    Greets,
