Trouble With DLCs on PS4, says I'm missing a DLC

I have downloaded all three DLCs some of which I downloaded multiple times and my PS4 still refuses to acknowledge I have them, I'm unable to play capture the flag, air superiority, or carrier assault...

Have you already tried to delete your Battlefield 4 application on your console and re-install and update the game? You should be able to purchase the DLC's via the PSN store for free. Just try to download them from the PSN store instead of the in-game menu.
