TV Missile Fail when OOB

Showing off how for some reason the TV missile is useless on a OOB targets.
Just a glitch I've found today and decided to share it for the good of both players and developers.
If you manage to hit a target with the TV missile, but it fail to register it, this may be the cause for it.
A part from the typical netcode issues, this is just another way to fail on doing what you can otherwise do well.
