Unable to add friends on Battlelog

Good day/evening depending on your location.

I recently achieved Battlefield 3 too from EA's On the House and enjoyed the game. But there is only 1 problem I have with Batlelog. I can't add friends, I can add people on Origin without any problem but on Battlelog there is a problem.

I have verified my account too if that may cause the problem, and did everything I can to have my account in the best state possible.

If you can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

    Are your friends accepting and getting your request?

    They are able to see that I have sent a request but when they want to accept it it says "Request not found"

    And when I go on their profile I can only see the "Chat" button, no add friend button.

    When I try to chat it also says "You are not friends".

    It really annoys me.

    When that happened to me last year I went into my PC origin client's friend list, went to pending requests, cancelled my request and then sent it to them via Battlelog and they were able to see my request and accept it.
