Unable to connect to the game server in bf1 after reinstalling the game

I recently reinstalled the game on my PS5 and then installed all related DLCs as well as the Premium Pass. But as soon as I go to the server browser, I can’t find any available servers, and when I try to join a game, I am unable to enter it and get kicked out with the message “Server connection failed.”

I am absolutely sure that this is not related to my internet connection, and even the support team couldn’t help me. Do you have any tips that could help?
