Is it the game or China Rising you're having issues with? How many codes did you enter(the base game and China Rising are separate)?

If it's just the expansion you're having trouble with, this hasn't been released yet and is coming in December. 

Have the same problem. Entered the code, but the game does not show up in origin. It even says in battlelog that i have pre-order it, but i cant download it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i bought the game from a shop. It had a code in it, which i entered, it said that the game has now been linked to my account, but it does NOT show up in origin.

I see, in that case please contact an advisor, who can look into this further for you. Be sure to keep your code handy
