I apologize about the Connection problems you're experiencing on PS4.
Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps via the link below?

Also, I would suggest hard resetting your Router, unplug everything for a couple minutes, and plug it back in.

I tried restarting my Wifi, Used wired connection to my ps4, deleting game install files and reinstalling the whole game but yet it's still there. please help
I would suggest using a network cable over wi-fi.
