Unable to Launch game.

Ive been able to play fine, until it suddenly stopped launching. Shows the following error below. 

DirectX function "m_dxgiFactory -> CreateSwapChain ( m_device,&sd,&m_swapChain.assignGet())" failed with DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL; The application has made an erroneous API call that it had enough information to avoid. This error is intended to denote that the application should be altered to avoid the error. Use the debug version of the DXGI.DLL will provide run-time debug output with further information. 

GPU: GTX 570 
CPU: i7 920 

Tried a few things, reinstalling game, tried 4 different drivers, used driver sweeper to install clean, also reinstalled the directx found in the bf3 folder.

    Yes, as stated in my post and I have tried different drivers with clean installtion, but still get error above.

    I seem to be unable to add a lot of due to error saying that post cannot exceed 20000 words, although it is only 5522 words.

    Look @ Power management.

    Then processor management.

    The look at processor core parking

    set it to 100%

    then go to bf3 folder in my documents and rename it to bf3 old.

    then start game!!

    AFter checking, it was already set to 100%.

    Operating System Windows 8 64-bit
    CPU (Intel/AMD) - intel i7 920
    GPU Type(AMD/Nvidia) - Nvidia GTX 570
    Driver Version GPU - 314.07 (Had a problem with more newer drivers)

    Motherboard Type - MSI Big bang X-power X58
    RAM (Memory) - 16GB
    PSU (Power Supply Unit) - Thermatake Tought Power 1200W
    HDD/SSD - 2x OCZ Vertex 4 in Raid 0
    Sound (Onboard or External) - Onboard
    Overclocking (Yes/No) - no
