Your PSN ID and Origin Account should be correctly linked when you first access an EA game online if you use the same email address for both. We recommend that you check your Origin Account to ensure your emails match.
If the email address for your PSN/PSVita ID is different than the address for your Origin account, connect them using the steps below:
- Open the Origin client and click the Friends button, then Add a Friend. If you do not have the Origin client installed, you can download Origin for both PC and Mac.
- In the Import Friends menu, you can choose to "connect" your PSN and EA accounts. Simply sign in with your account details to connect.
If you are unable to connect, it could be a temporary issue with the servers. Try again later and if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, contact EA support here.
If everything went fine, then you should be able to see your PSN account listed under Connected Accounts in your account management page (click Account and Privacy in the menu bar).

Then the best thing to do would be to contact an Electronic Arts Technical Support adviser here.
Steps to contact Support are listed in this spoiler:Spoiler
1) Click on the game you're having trouble with. (If you don't see it, use the search bar)
2) Select the platform you're playing on/are having problems with.
3) Select a topic and list a short description of your problem.
4) Select the way in which you would like to contact EA. (Options may vary depending on the problem you're having, and your location.)
Remember to be kind, respectful, and patient with your Support Adviser. Your problem may not be resolved right then and there, but they will do their best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you!- ApprovedAnonymous10 years agoLike i mentioned in my first post i have already done this. Their advice was to try downloading the bf4 demo from the ps store. Which would be great, except for the fact that no such demo exists! I have spent my money on a product that in it's current state is completely useless to me.
