Then the best thing to do would be to contact an Electronic Arts Technical Support adviser here.
Steps to contact Support are listed in this spoiler:

1) Click on the game you're having trouble with. (If you don't see it, use the search bar)
2) Select the platform you're playing on/are having problems with.
3) Select a topic and list a short description of your problem.
4) Select the way in which you would like to contact EA. (Options may vary depending on the problem you're having, and your location.)
Remember to be kind, respectful, and patient with your Support Adviser. Your problem may not be resolved right then and there, but they will do their best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you!

10 years agoLike i mentioned in my first post i have already done this. Their advice was to try downloading the bf4 demo from the ps store. Which would be great, except for the fact that no such demo exists! I have spent my money on a product that in it's current state is completely useless to me.

If you tell them the situation, they will make sure that you can link your Origin ID properly. I have provided you with all the assistance I can, from here only a support adviser could help you.
- ApprovedAnonymous10 years agoWell what you said there is obviously untrue. Because like Ive said now for the third time, ea support staff were of completely no assistance. Though it appears i have no choice but to try again.

The first time they gave you advice, you tried it, it didn't work. This time you tell them that advice did not work and they will help you resolve it.
