Unable to play BF4 Samsung chronos i7

Hello,

i am not able to play bf4 because of serious grafic issues ... before i bought the game i was checking if my system (special samsung gaming laptop) would be powerfull enough and a test programm told me yes. I tried downloading the latest AMD driver but my system wont let me install the driver.

Please someone help me with that problem - i am dying here. Plus is there a possibility to return the game if it will not work?
