unable to play free games
I have created an EA Origin account,but is unable to play games as very time it tells me to install a browser add-on that nver downloads nor installs.I need help on this issue.

That depends on which games, are you speaking of battlefield play4free or battlefield heroes or are you unable to play games via battlelog due to a plugin issue/
