Unable to use redeem code on ps4

If you are not able to redeem your gamecode for your PlayStation 4 console, you need to get in contact with your retailer first. They need to provide a functional copy of the game. Please let us know if you heard back from your retailer.

I'm having a problem with my code as well. It said redeem for three gold battlepacks but I only received one. The code worked and downloaded fine, but only had one gold battlepack waiting.

Have changed with the retailer, but the response the same "already used". Is it the PSN problem in HK?

Ive got same problem, just bought deluxe edition, but when i try to redeem the code, it said that it was already redeemed, the box well sealed by the dealer, pls help us
