Unfair BAN from GGC-stream.net

Hello 
My story begins couple of weeks ago, 
when I was playing BF3 suddenly I was kicked from server and gained such information: 

“Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. 
Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'Badej' (for 1 minute) 
... Cheater banned by GGC-Stream.NET. Ban on GUID 3119f84f0d518f88748bc53da1cbe0f1. 
Contact GGC-Stream.NET for details. ” 

Then I followed the instruction and submitted BAN appeal on GGC-stream.net and created trouble ticket at Evenbalance. The information from GGC was: 


“please add the following information to your evenbalance trouble ticket: 

- GUID: 3119f84f0d518f88748bc53da1cbe0f1 
- Violation: (PB HACK) #132000” 


After adding this info on Evenbalance the respond was : 


“Note #5: We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed. It is at the discretion of the third-party ban list administrator to remove any ban given as a result of this violation.” 


Then I paste that info to my BAN appeal on GGC and then admin ,Mr PawelPopolski paste his information for me …. 


“GGC as third party is zero tolerant when it comes to cheating. As this violation obviously is not the result of an error we can not remove the ban connected to the GUID. The ban stays for lifetime. 
Further discussion is futile.

This is all story …, the problem is that I NEVER use any hacks or cheats …, I was punished for no reason and I don’t know what to do with game that I legally bouth and use;\. do not even know what exactly for what I got BAN ;/ 


I would be very grateful for any help.
