Unjust Ban - EA is Not Responding!
My account was suddenly banned without prior warning or clear explanation, and I haven't received any response from EA Support despite reaching out.
Here is the situation:
Unjust Ban: I was simply enjoying the game, yet my account was banned. I have not violated any rules or used inappropriate content. This seems to be a misunderstanding.
No Email Notification: I received no notification regarding the ban or how to appeal the decision.
Forum Login Issue: I tried to log in to the forum to seek support, but I was unable to access it due to the ban. Therefore, I had to use a secondary account to post here.
Warning of Permanent Ban: I was also warned that if I get banned again, it will be a permanent ban, but I was not given any clear explanation as to why I received this warning.
Emblem Issue: The notification I received mentioned I was banned for using an emblem related to Hitler or SS symbols. However, I have never used such an emblem. The emblem I used was of an anime character, and it did not contain any prohibited symbols or offensive designs. I have attached a screenshot as evidence.
I have been a long-time fan of EA games, and I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I have attached the screenshot of my emblem as evidence and would like to request a thorough review of this issue.
Please help resolve this matter as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation of what the issue is.
