Battlefield 3 launch quick match "Unknown error - please try again later" for past 2 weeks. Cannot play game.
Tried:
-logging in and out of the website.
-verifying and reinstalling game files
-tried launching in both Chrome and Firefox
Please let me know any fixes - I got the itch to play this game again and can't get it to even launch -.-
When you are launching the game, are you using the plug-in launching or the "Plug-in Free Launching"? There have been issues with the Plug-in Free Launching system. Try disableling this and using the plug-in launching on the Firefox browser and see how it goes.
I got the same problem. Haven't been able to play from either Chrome OR Firefox.
Neither the plugin, nor plugin-free launches work in Firefox. ☹️
Any ideas?

Try to join to server via Server Browser. Go to Multiplayer>> Server Browser. Then, select a server and join.

Try using Firefox or IE and use the plugin launcher (not the plugin freelauncher). Turn of plugin free launching here:
