Unlocked emblem stays locked
I open many battlepack unlock "Hooah" emblem but it still locked
Sorry, we are not able to unlock your emblem here on the forums. You could try to contact support again, but from what I know this bug is old and I'm afraid it won't be fixed.
So, I want to advise you the following: you could try to use another emblem that looks similar.
