    You can contact EA Customer Support and ask them if they can do anything about it, but keep in mind that the game is old and it means that support may not be able to do some operations for you.

    @IIPrest0nIIYeah I I was thinking the same thing. By the time I got help with support I will only be one or two days away from playing 2042. I guess I'll just stick with  ol BFV for 4 more days!
