User.cfg - allowed or not?

Does user.cfg with those settings violate EULA of Battlefield 3?

No any modifications will lead to a perma ban by PunkBuster and GGC

    excuse me, with "no" do u mean it is allowed or not?

    Because my question was if user.cfg violate eula...

    By the way, if user.cfg is forbidden, console commands like the one wrote in previus post, are forbidden too?
