Variety of BF4 glitches

Firstly can you confirm you are running the game in 64-bit, if you are not run it using 64-bit, Origin > Right Click BF4 > Game Properties > "When Launching this game" > Set to Battlefield 4 (x64) > Hit Apply as in 32-bit mode settings cannot be changed, if you do have 32-bit make this change,

Go to C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings and open PROFSAVE_profile with wordpad or notepad++ 

Change this line: 

GstRender.OverallGraphicsQuality 5 

Most likely yours is set to 0 so change it to 5. 

You are then able to change every graphics setting in 32bit.
