Vehicle and Class Service star points not given!

I play PC version of BF3 and since the new armored kill pack came out i played the Mobile Tank Destroyer up until lvl 9 but only recieved a total amount of points for 3 service stars, so i got jipped...

could be stats bugged....

    so what about all of the points that i didn't recieve?

      if you not getting battle report means you not get stats, but this is happening not always, even if you not get green flag in BL after match ended you can receive your scoring, best if you could wait till EA gets you an answer if you made a ticket already🙂
