Very slow first startup

So I built my PC recently, newest drivers and stuff. Here's the issue when I start my pc than start BF4 (campaign, multiplayer doesn't matter) it will go into the loading screen and stay there with the loading bar moving 1 fps, when I start campaign eventually it goes to the cinematic also about 1fps and to the menu which is pretty much unusable. In the few days I've had BF4 every day the first time starting this happens and for another hour or 2 somehow it ends after endless trying and get in game I reach 80 fps (on ultra) as minimum easy.

As said before my drivers are up to date and my PC has some of the newest components so I wouldn't call it weak for BF4. The temperatures are fine (CPU<35ºC and GPU <45ºC) when I try to start it up, the temperatures do go up after a couple of hours under load (CPU<50ºC GPU<70ºC) but should still be easily in the good range.

I have no idea what causes this since this is only happening in BF4. Other games such as BF3 go smooth and run perfect immediatley.
