How do I unlock the Veteran dogtag for the Battlefield 1, I have already played Battlefield 4 and 3 and I have Veteran dog tag in BF4

No, like I had BF3 on Xbox 360, then BF4 Premium on PC via Steam, so got the Veteran dogtag there as well as the ACB-90 knife. But when purchased the BF1 Revolution on PC via Steam, Veteran dogtag isn't there.
The BF1 Veteran dog tag is "tricky".
But the BF1 CTE Veteran's (Community Test Environment) dog tag is simple.
how does this answer his issue?
How does the EA Help staff decide if a BF1 player can get a veteran dog tag?
my story:
I played about 30 hours with BF1 CTE in 2019, already after the release of BFV.
And I downloaded both BF3 and BF4, and I had about the same amount of playing time (20-30 hours) in both of them.
