Unable to find 'Game License Folder' BF3

Hey all! Hope to find the solution with you instead of talking to 4 EA "helpers". 

I've tried downloading the game now from the EA app and when trying to launch the game I faced "Unable to read the game's License folder" error.

After following all the steps one by one from the EA helpers, uninstalling the game at least 3 times and try again, both on my computer and others, different user etc, nothing worked.

The EA helpers were informed directly at the start of our chat that I followed all the steps and they kept repeting the same written script like robots unfortunatly. 

Is there someone who faced the same issue and was able to solve it?
