weapon invisible in game

Hello,

I played BF1 yesterday and after being in a plane 1.  and a zepelin 2.  I died and respawned as support but no weapon 

and no arms .

no arms because I could not climb out of the water on zeebrugge map .

no weapon  - I even could not pick up another one weapon  -> more detailed I pick it up and put mine down instead but 

toh weapons are invisible and not useable! 

2.weapon or anything else invisble as well 

this happens realtive often but only when i played plane / zep or horse rider before and die on/ in it

I play with gamepad 360 on pc win7

my girlfriend play as well in the same room pc win10 and does not have these issues

to sove this I have to quit BF1 and restart it from origin again -> but no chance to respawn or change server or class ->the weapon stays invisible   

can u help?
