Summarize your bug Scout/Sniper leveling up is not showing progress, I have attaches a screen shot from the 1 May 2018 to today 26 May 2018. The service Stars is showing 25 on the 1st of the month and on the 26th of the month is showing 28. However, the leveling up is still showing 50 full bar to 51 and not changing

It's all showing right there! No worries man.
50 is the MAX Rank you can reach for each Class in BF1. (don't know why DICE even made it look like 50 to 51 in the Menu, but 50 is MAX!)
What you might saw was the level of the main Rank in this Game, which goes up to Level 150 at this point.
There is no possible way that you saw someone with the Class specific level being higher than 50.
Ps: The Class Rank shows up right next to the Main Rank in the Killscreen, so you probably just got confused.
