What happened with BF1 shock operation?

After the update had a hard time getting on bf. Now on 30th of Jun I find some player were able to play and managed to get the shock OP dog tag on. Did anyone have issues on the ps4? Because I've looked on here and only issues on PC or Xbox

    @masterRider2000,

    Shock Ops are permanently added to the game.

    Hopefully some of those troubleshooting steps will clear up the issue for you, and you're able to play.

    Shock operations are 5 singel map missions your team must win in order to get the dog tag.

    Hey @ElyJr1956,

    Great question!

    Shock Operations are basically the same as Normal Operations, but only one Map instead of two.

    It will work exactly the same way that normal Operations do.

    To get the Dog Tag, you will need to win a match on every Map in Shock Operations.
