That's a very broad question. The best class to play totally depends on your style of playing, what game modes and maps that you like to play the most etc.

Every class will be put in use, for different situations that you will end up in so there are no "best classes" really. 

Alternate between the classes wisely and you'll develop an understanding for their respective characteristics and applications.

Megaladon have you the best answer (thank you) so, I'm just gonna give you a more private answer... For Conquest I like to run always engineer, at rush, TDM, and close quarters maps I run medic and support I occasionally use on cq... Now, every class it's good at something and you just have to find the right class and gun settings that fit you bro! :D
