Yep, sorry! After playing the game, I see no difference what so ever. What I don't really like though is how some of the snipers only have 5 rounds in mag, but other then that, I am happy that the game is messed up. Thanks for the help guys.
Glad I could help... to be honest, initially I was a bit confused about it too, but luckily I know some CTE people who were kind enough to explain it (as patch notes didn't describe it with enough detail). Took me a short while to get used to it, but now I kind of enjoy it, as it also made mid-range combat a bit more comfortable (although I think that it was just a side effect).
