i PLAY BATTLEFIELD 4 ON THE PS4 AND I HAVE USED ONLY 1 OF MY XP BOOSTS AND I SHOULD HAVE ALL THE REST I HAVE ACQUIRED HOWEVER THEY NO LONGER SHOW AS AVAILABLE FOR USE IN THE GAME MENU. WHY? WHAT HAPPENED? WHERE DID THEY GO AS I HAVNT USED THEM ALL.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND IF SO DID THEY COME BACK OR WERE YOU ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE?
Chillax, CAPS wont help anything.
Sometimes servers loose the ability to see your boosts. They will most likely be there again in a short while.
If the boosts don't return after 24 hours you should contact an EA Advisor directly by going to:
http://help.ea.com/contact-us
then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".
Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic
When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA
