why cannot get my origin key of hundle bundle which i received in the email again?

after i update origin, i found that the battlefield 3 in my game dissapear and it request for product key again. but then i cant get the product key from email again as it said they cant find any purchase from this email. i am sure that i am using the SAME account and SAME email. So where can i get help?
