why cannot get my origin key of hundle bundle which i received in the email again?

after i update origin, i found that the battlefield 3 in my game dissapear and it request for product key again. but then i cant get the product key from email again as it said they cant find any pur...

from humble bundle, thats who you bought it from so you need to contact them

    if you already added it to origin before the update and it was there, you will need to contact an ea game advisor via help.ea.com
