why can't i connect my xbox one to the battle log and conferm the ea email

i try to vertify my email from ea it does not work at all tried like 10 times now i resend the verification mail but the same * happen some thing vent wrong can't vertify your email wtf i try to do this so i can link my bf4 battlelogg to this ....... site.same problem with the 360 and now the same with xbone.what can i do or what shall you do to make this work EA .after this origin and  ea account came its just problems after problems and you have to pay for something does not work,that is wrong tho.
