Sorry sir but this is no where to complain. This is the community based ea support system. If you are displeased with your services return the game. Many people enjoy the battlefield series and many do. Many people in love with franchise are not fans of some games as much as others. The hardline game as received much hate. Return the game if you'd like. I am looking forward to battlefront and the next battlefield game. I have full trust in the franchise and publisher as I have enjoyed many of the past battlefield games. Including BF4 cops and robbers isn't everyone's play style. Battlefield 4 still has a larger player base then hardline because many players prefer it. You can still play most of the past games of you enjoyed them more.
